This project involves the construction of the core and shell of a five story 61,000 SF office building. In addition to the building construction, sitework includes a parking lot with 82 parking spaces.The project is LEED Gold Certified. Storm water management is dealt with through pervious hardscapes. The site has only one catch basin that acts as an overflow. Permeable concrete at the parking areas and permeable site pavers in the vehicular circulation area, coupled with an underground storm chamber, eliminated the need for an off-site storm drainage system.
